There is no subsitute for face to face training! I can come onto your site and deliver and introduction to iRODS course personally, using your existing installation, to maximise the familiarisation of the atendees and allow them to get using the skills learned as soon as possible.
This can be customised to your environment. I normally like to book a session with the stakeholders and those responsible for runing the iRODS system to ensure that the training provided best targets the desired outcome.
